1. Order Processing
• Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Local Time) Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
• Status: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 1–2 business days.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (or your local currency equivalent).
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high seasonal volume.
3. Domestic & International Shipping

VoltZone is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. VoltZone is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
